저도 얼마전에 정형외과 갔다가 일자목 판정 받고 비싼 도수치료 낚일뻔한거 안하고

그냥 유튜브로 자료 찾아보다가 우연찮게 얻어 걸렸습니다 

4세트씩 하라는데 하도 뻗뻗해서 담 걸릴까봐 크게 무리 안하고 아침 저녁으로 한세트만 1주일째 하고 있는데 

진정으로 감탄 나오네요
